Refund policy

At Chuck's Home Decor, each item is made to order and carefully inspected before shipment.

Due to the custom nature of our 3D printed products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to provide a replacement, partial refund, or full refund when appropriate.

Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
